The context of projet :
The « HELIOS Project » aimed to revolutionize the public accounting management system for the Ministry of Finance, encompassing nationwide implementation throughout France. With a team of over 80 talented professionals, we undertook the challenge of transforming and modernizing the existing infrastructure. Employing an X-cycle development methodology, we effectively managed the project from conception to completion.
Software development
During our tenure on the « HELIOS Project, » we assumed the role of developer responsible for implementing requested enhancements as per the directives of the General Directorate of Public Finances (DGFIP). We meticulously documented detailed functional specifications, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project’s requirements. Additionally, we contributed to the integration, application, and development of the Detailed Functional Design.
In our capacity, We also excelled in diagnosing and resolving application anomalies, guaranteeing the smooth operation of the system. This involved leveraging a wide array of technical tools and environments, including FORTE, ORACLE , PL/SQL, TOAD, SUNE ONE UDS / ECLIPSE, Clear Case, SVN, Rational Rose, UNIX, AIX, Clear Quest, VB, Access, Shell, SQL, ORACLE, and Struts1.
